Volunteer in Missions

Asbury is dedicated to serving the community in order to spread the love and grace of God in the world.  Are you interested in serving?  Here are some ways in which you can join our mission to make New Castle and the world a better place to live for all people.

If you have ideas or would like to volunteer, please contact Pastor Tracy at pastortracy@asburynewcastle.net or read the latest opportunities to volunteer in Mission News.

Here are some ways in which you can serve:

Food Missions:

Asbury’s Food Closet – Serves families groceries on Friday Mornings 10am – 12pm.

Emmanuel Dining Room – Two teams prepare and deliver food to Emmanuel Dining Room Visit their website.

FDA Food Program – Serving the community once a month by providing government assisted food.

Hands-On Missions:

Appalachia Service Project – Every year a team of youth (and their chaperoning adults) serve the people of Appalachia.

Service Team – This team steps up to perform work for our neighbors and the church.
