Join us for a great cardio workout on Wednesday nights at Asbury in the Fellowship Hall. Classes are $10.00 and include a protein shake at the end. They start at 6:15 and end at 7:15. Anyone over the age of 7 is welcome to join. Childcare will be provided for $5.00 per child or $10.00 max per family.
